Our story
MadBike is Thailand’s Premier Motorbike Rental since 2017. We have been founded on the idea to provide superior customer experience and a hassle-free service for our international and local renters. From the start, we wanted to operate a motorbike rental company which offers professional, transparent, efficient, and convenient services to their customers. With MadBike there are no surprises for our renters – expect of a superior experience. In 2019, we have started expanding our business and set-up multiple rental locations in Bangkok. In 2020, we have started launching our motorbike rental service in additional cities in Thailand, such as Hua Hin. Currently, we possess the largest motorbike rental station network in Thailand. We are eager to embark on our journey and grow our business together with our beloved customers.
Our offering
At MadBike you have peace of mind while renting your motorbike in Thailand, i.e. Bangkok or Hua Hin. We provide our renters with the following:
- Premium motorbikes: Our motorbike fleet consists of modern, well-maintained, European-grade motorbikes. All of our motorbikes are automatic. We ensure that all of our bikes are inspected and maintenance according to a regular schedule. We have in-house vehicle engineers who check each motorbike individually.
- Superior service: Our professional and enthusiastic team speaks in English, Thai, French, Russian and German. They will make your rental process smooth and enjoyable. You can always get in touch via your preferred means of communication and expect a prompt reply. All of our communication is transparent and fair. In case of any problems, we are there to assist.

- Best value-for-money: Our prices are fair and transparent with no surprises for our customers. You can be sure you get premium service for an affordable price. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rental rates.
- Motorbike delivery: For renters who like to avoid coming to one of our rental stations, we offer a convenient and fast motorbike delivery & pick-up service. For an additional fee of THB 200 – 300 (depending on the delivery address), our team will bring you your motorbike rental to your doorstep. Our service is provided in Central Bangkok, such as Sathorn, Silom, Sukhumvit, and Siam, or Central Hua Hin. Get in touch with us to check if we serve your area.
- Additional services: In case you are planning to travel with our motorbike, we offer two weeks of free luggage storage in our office.
